Camp Energy

Camp Energy was an internal, education-focused initiative designed to empower employees to become brand ambassadors by deepening their understanding of the science behind the products and their proper usage. This was achieved through training sessions led by licensed aestheticians and the brand's founder. Selected staff members, recommended by their managers, participated in this exclusive 3-day event, which was both a learning opportunity and a reward. Held at a luxury lake resort, the event's branding evoked the spirit of a fun summer camp. The branding extended to a variety of collateral, including permanent take-home items like stickers, notebooks, pins, patches, and jackets, as well as event-specific materials like games, maps, cards, and menus, enhancing the overall experience.

The camp was a launch event for the initiative, but continued with checkpoint type rewards and incentives throughout the year.
